ProductTechnologyAI transformation
I help boards and C-levels bring AI into the core — processes, products, and governance — without speeding up what is already wrong. AI-native is the maturity destination; the work is transforming companies that already operate.

I connect the customer journey to revenue — and I can make it happen technically, not only sketch it in Miro.
In more than 25 years the pattern has repeated: understand how the customer moves through the process, tie that to revenue, and execute with technology — in traditional markets (insurance, logistics, fintech), not only in startups.
Today I am Head of Product for the Insurance Market business unit at nstech. Before that: 99Pay from zero, a decade of customer-journey work with Genesys (Vivo and Itaú, including Brazil's first digital bank branch), and VoIP engineering on a Google project via Globant.

Services
1–2 days
Maturity assessment across six dimensions: governance, operating system, transformation, scale, product+tech, and leadership. Delivery: a score plus a prioritized plan.
1 day
A three-level autonomy framework, an AI committee, accountability, and a production checklist.
Ongoing operational transformation with AI for the C-level — board reviews, legacy systems, and agent scale.

Open source
An editor and player for product tours, with screenshots, highlights, simulated clicks, and narration. It is open source.

Routes Meta Ads leads to the right WhatsApp chat, watches the sales team’s response SLA, and uses AI in each conversation. The salesperson stays in WhatsApp on their phone.

Leading Tech Talks (BossaBox)
Open panel at Nica Café in São Paulo, moderated by Ulisses Silva of BossaBox. The discussion was what changes when a team stops being software-centric, and why seeing the operation comes before scaling people and AI.

Academia de Cases PM3
A case in São Paulo. An onboarding MVP for averbação, using WhatsApp and low-code, in a solution discovery that validated the idea in two weeks before spending engineering time.

Chapter themeContext Engineering and the Product Stack Builder
In my chapter, I explore a central provocation: how does Context Engineering redefine the role of the Product Stack Builder in the world of Generative AI?
I believe we have left the era of static requirements documents for the era of orchestration. Where there used to be a gap between “those who think” and “those who build,” the Product Stack Builder now appears — a professional who uses AI agents and modern platforms to prototype and scale solutions with unprecedented agility.
AI did not come to replace the building process. It came to raise the product manager into the role of architect and executor of the business’s intelligence.
In progress
The theme is turning the customer journey, product, and technology into revenue. Artificial intelligence is the current wave, not the whole subject.
Maturity forms to fill in. The download asks for your name, email, and company.
A self-assessment across 6 dimensions (0–30), with the interpretation, an action plan, and a one-pager for the board.
If you lead a company that already operates and want to bring AI into the core — with discipline around process, governance, and revenue — let’s talk.
